I bought a NI S88mk2 which came with K14 6 moths ago. I mistakenly upgraded my Noire piano now i have to have Kontakt 7 to use Noire piano or it does not work. What is this?

It works with Kontakt 7 Player, which is free.

yeah, they recently (and quietly) bumped the requirement to Kontakt 7 (or the free Kontakt 7 Player) in an update. some folks were annoyed, and were told to just get over it.
the product page still lists Kontakt 6 as the minimum requirement, but that is false information and should have been updated a while ago.
sorry about your luck. maybe NI support can help you roll back to a previous version. they helped me with something similar, though it took about a week to hear back.
also, if it isn't obvious now, don't update NI stuff unless you've read the patch notes first
