McDSP Native vs. HD version (and customer support)

Hi!
I have two products v6 as native version.
I bought a few days ago accidentally the HD v7-update version for both plugins.
I suppose I can not use those with my existing plugins?

I've contacted them on 19.10. and 21.10. again. But there was no reply.
Do they have still customer support?

Finally when I wrote another email to orders@mcdsp they forwarded it to support@mcdsp and then they guys from support solved my issue immediately.
