Hello friends. My entry for this month
My attempt to create big hard techno kick evolves to this trance/techno track.
Sounds from scratch with the waveforms included in the synth.
Great synth with lots of possibilities. I enjoyed it creating sounds with it.

It was fun. Sounds are mainly created from scratch.

My daw of choice is Bitwig Studio.

I recorded this music in one of Cathedral Halls on the Ottakota's Planet, was passing through there. On Ottakota, music for each Hall Organ is written by its Organist, who holds his post for half of his life, during this entire period preparing a successor for himself. After the performance, I approached the Organist and said what it was a strange requiem. He said it was a Prelude and told me the following legend:

- A long time ago, a very diligent Organist lived and worked in this Cathedral Hall. He wrote sincere music, was respected by people and had a very talented disciple. One day a man came to the Organist and said he wanted to order a Requiem for his father, who was old and very ill. Organist tried to convince the man that this is not possible - no one dares to write a requiem for a still living person! But the man said that he dreamed for a truly grandiose requiem for his father, and Organist, yielding to persuasion, set to work. He worked on the Requiem for six hours a day for several weeks, putting his soul into this piece! On the day when Organist finished, a messenger came and said that the Organist's father had died today. In desperation cursing himself, the Organist burned all his notes and locked himself in the room. His talented disciple (who in just eighteen years would become the greatest Organist in Ottakota) began to reconstruct from memory Prelude to the Requiem, which his mentor played to him several times, because he considered it the greatest creation of the Organist, worthy to be preserved for the next generations. Three weeks later, a learner in the role of the new Hall Organist, played this Prelude at the funeral of his teacher...

Made with Bitwig 5.0.11, using 16 instances of Wavetable. All patches created from scratch mostly using the provided wavetables (including a couple from Neu KatalYst!). Somewhere in there is a wavetable created from a ringing wok lid...
