We have a separation between Hosts and Plugins for several reasons.

In the end, 99% is about the workflow. If the workflow is good and suitable
and fast, then the DAW is really good.

GUI, ease of use, stability, compatibility, a well implemented MIDI controller support. No upgrade scheme which urges you to shell out 150 € every 2 years.
