Optimal would be to pick bass and arp from Minilogue and the skyish choir pads and stuff from Pro-800.
Arp was really weak on Pro-800, no ommpf, so if to pick one it would be Minilogue.
- and steal some arrangement from Pro-800 version

Compared to the original, the Minilogue example wins it for me.

I guess it depends on the standard we’re judging them by. If the question is, which one most closely matches the original, I’d go with the Behringer version, primarily because the mix is more subdued and gels better, like the OG, and the main arp is a closer match. The Minilogue arp has too much bite and jumps out of the mix way too much, the mix has too much dynamic range and is too bright and harsh compared to the original. I don’t mean to say that it sounds bad per se, just that it’s not as close to the original. If we’re just judging them by their own merits, they both sound good. I slightly prefer the overall sound of the Behringer version, but I think the Minilogue would tie or win out with a smoother mix and softened filter attack on the plucky arp.

The original track used an Oberheim SEM 2 Voice for the arp, SH-2 for the bass and Prophet 5 for the pads.
Since the arp is the most prominent thing, Minilogue with the 12db filter and more 70s vintage sounding oscillators should do better

I'm not sure about the Minilogue XD and its new 12dB filter compared to the 4-pole filter in the original Minilogue. But it used to be really easy to create super punchy bass and snare sounds on the Minilogue. It sounds like that's still the case on the Minilogue XD because the drums sounds are way punchier than those in the Pro-800 demo to my ears.
But even though the Pro-800 demo sounded "weaker" in some parts, it did sound more convincingly analog to my ears. But overall, I thought the Minilogue XD version sounded better and closer to the original theme song.
