Am I just totally off my leg, or do other folks experience similar experiences with regards to where and/or when (setting) they listen to a tune?

It doesn’t matter what the day is like, but a fresh mind is crucial for any project. I’ve learned that I need to take a break and do something different for a while. Then when I come back, things my brain learned to ignore will become clear. I’m often surprised at how I’ve learned to ignore something terrible in a mix.
