yeah, I have an Alesis Microverb single rack unit in front of me now, used it a lot..
any software equivalents of this..??

This is correct as far as I could see, though I did work on a project where we had an AMS RMX16.

For me, I was using a Yamaha REX50. I had it Velcroed to my guitar pedal board.
