Funny that people are mentioning things that are most definitely reverb plugins as non-reverb plugins.

Yeah, gotcha. I thought back then and since that Supermassive is a delay plugin that also -can- do reverby things. Dunno what made me think that. Just found out that Sean sees this as a reverb plugin. Thought that was different back then. Nevermind. Sure you're right man.

Surely Supermassive is actually a reverb though...
d16 Sigmund though a delay also has some pretty reverby type delays, so same kinda thing I guess.

The Bitwig delay+ has a feedback loop which you can add an effect chain to. This can go all sorts of wacky places, including very reverby or shimmering type sounds, plus dub delays etc
