Apparently the BPM goes up to 500, but you have to use the arrow keys beside the display past 300.

Make music, not mayhem!

(Though Bones would reverse that I'm sure. )

300BPM? What kinda shit are you doing?

You can alwasy change the resolution to make it 600 BPM or even 1200BPM, but you gotta be some kinda twisted f**k to need to do that

when i saw all the possibilites of orion i almost bought it the one thing that turned me back to FL was the only way to export was to wav. the piano roll could be alot better as well

Maybe, but at least its infinitely better than Fruity's. I hate the way you have to change tools all the time and the fact that you can't set a length. Neither do I like the way it just floats around out there.

Well Rich does have the adage that people are going to have a good sample editor already. And I think most editors do convert .WAV to .AIFF and other formats easily? Added work, true - but takes little time compared to a MSD dump of the olden days. ;)

So there's a good question - if one did get the AU version of Orion, does it Stream To AIFF instead? If not, your complaint is justified Produc3r. Like buying a 'Big Mac, Mega Fries, McSundae and a..... Diet Coke'

Piano Roll - better than Yamaha's is all I can say. :hihi:

Actually, I'm reasonably sure he is talking about rendering to mp3. Fruity, not being targeted at a professional market, includes such appalling abominations.

Why go through the trouble of rendering to mp3?

It's like I see some requests at the Synapse forums for features we can already do but not with one button or click.

Let's just package %50 of Software with diapers....

And again, doesn't most Sample Editors free to expensive offer a easy MP3 making option? The Audacity editor Bram at SmEx pointed me out to is a really awesome editor - and FREE! Heck, I think the latest WindowsMedia has this option now too?

Andrew Dice Bones just hates the Fruits doesn't he?
