I am new here but just wanted to raise a bug with the Activation codes in hope you can look into this.

I have upgraded to 2.0 this morning and purchased another PICK 5 bundle later in the day. The upgrade went smoothly and synth works without any issues, however I think there's currently a problem with activating PICK 5 bundles for users who now updated to 2.0

When trying to use the license code via "Add new product" function, I'm getting an error:

"Opps something went wrong. You dont have the product VPS Avenger to use this Code"

Could you please have a look at this when you get a moment?

It's been like this for me since 5:00 A.M.

Honestly I don't know about web hosting but it seems strange to me that there would be any VST synth on the market that generates enough traffic to bring down a website for 9 hours. Guess I'll check back tonight or tomorrow

edit: on rare occasion it lets me into my account but when I try to click something it just gives me the 505 again. I'm guessing the upgrade path must be under Account Details but I've never gotten that far. Latest News section just tells me about the new hip hop expansion

Hi, friends! I keep getting an error like everybody else, but occasionally, it lets me log in to My Account. Where is the upgrade located? Is it some kind of code? When I log in, there is nothing there and price in my cart reflects Friday discount but not upgrade price. How do you upgrade? Thank you.

Alas when you have upgraded it no longer shows you the button, but I think after you log on, you go to the Avenger on the left and it is somewhere there.

Yeah, you can just download VManager and activate it through there. I had no issues with that.

But seems like you're having a different issue to mine, not same. I'm getting a problem with activating PICK 5 bundle (5 expansions) as the product activation system can't see "VPS Avenger" for my account (I've upgraded to 2.0 this morning and purchased the bundle afterwards).

I managed to make the purchase and get Avenger 2 registered in my account but I can't get to the download yet...same 500 error everyone else is getting.

So close yet so far......

I'm going to go take a shower then keep trying. Hopefully by then the servers will have cooled down a bit.
