It's not obvious at all imo - you need to click your Avenger 1 code on the left hand side. Get ready for more errors.
Or come back next week, the sane option...

You have to click on the "VPS Avenger" button (the one displaying your license key)
I can of get what you're saying if Avenger would be a player only. Company "live from its content". They sell new contents and update the free player. But Avenger is not a player only but a complete full synth that let you create any sound you want. You don't have to purchase new sound banks/expansions. VPS can't give away for free their synth.wone2 wrote: Fri Nov 24, 2023 3:46 pm That is why I go back to the fact that the manufacturer of music software should live from its content, which the client buys and not want it for a few new features to buy goods again. It was enough to give users upgrade for free. What do those who bought Avenger 1 a few weeks ago say? Will they be happy? Do you think?
Not for me either - Avenger 1 is an excellent Synth but not enough new for me to justify upgrade price
I don't think that will ever happen. Q4antum for one wouldn't make sense outside Avenger, or it would be quite crippled - some of the best functions are deeply embedded in the synth itself.Buckster wrote: Fri Nov 24, 2023 7:42 pmIf the effects (which sound superb) were usable outside of Avenger it would be worth it to me
I gave up with the manual install. Vman worked for me on the severalth attempt, and then all was well.simmo75 wrote: Fri Nov 24, 2023 8:02 pm Finally got his installed, but the factory content won't install via drag and drop, or the open file.
Any ideas?
Pretty disappointed with the install and license manager.
I just copied it to where the prior content file was located. On Windows it was this by default:simmo75 wrote: Fri Nov 24, 2023 8:02 pm Finally got his installed, but the factory content won't install via drag and drop, or the open file.
