the install was smooth but i contacted support as you suggested. thanksnoiseboyuk wrote: Thu Nov 30, 2023 3:01 pm3rd party expansions won't ever appear in V Man. The business about dropping on the plugin makes no sense to me at all. I'd email Rene at support, it sounds kinda like a screwy install to me.chrisg wrote: Thu Nov 30, 2023 2:53 pm The V_Manager "sees" the original expansions in the pointed folder = it is pointed to the correct folder. Those original expansions appear in the V-Manager then, though i still have to drop them again on the plugin to appear there. But all the third party expansions and my own presets neither appear in the V-Manager nor in the plugin.

I found the solution: the installation also created a new expansions folder in the VENGEANCE folder. But in this there is also still the V1 folder, ALSO with an expansion folder - in which all my expansions are. I copied those (for safety reasons "copy") into the new expansions folder - now everything is fine.noiseboyuk wrote: Thu Nov 30, 2023 3:01 pm3rd party expansions won't ever appear in V Man. No, saved projects using Avenger 2 are loading fine here in FL Studio. (Win 10)
Which version of FL are you using? There was an update just rolled out a few days ago but I haven't applied it yet.

I'm getting occasional freezes where I have to wait awhile before the plugin is responsive. I can't compare to Avenger 1 as I hardly ever used it.noiseboyuk wrote: Thu Nov 30, 2023 9:19 am Anyone posting about CPU spikes - only worth posting if you not only say what your system is but also if you have tried 2.0.2, which has eliminated issues for some.
Windows 10
AMD Ryzen 7 3700U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.30 GHz
20.0 GB (17.9 GB usable)
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Studio One 6++
Avenger 2.0.2

2.0.3 change log
- fixed a small memory leak
- fixed a crash that mostly occured on MAC when loading presets while ARP tab is visible.
- fixed an issue with xp image caching. UI should load a litte faster now if many expansions are installed.

Absolutely love this thing!
I still got some problems in FL, Win10 (lags and stutters, missing note messages) and really hope you'll get it rock solid and stable.
Feature and workflow wise this thing is just a dream come true.

Is there an info/about button somewhere on the plugin so you can see what version you have installed? Not a huge deal if it doesn't exist, but nice to have.msvs wrote: Thu Nov 30, 2023 7:46 pm 2.0.3 change log

Definitely not worth the steep upgrade price. I bought Current instead. Everything from this company is a gross cash grab. Everything is always way too expensive, with other devs consistently providing more, and better, for less.
Hopefully Current won't follow in the footsteps of Avenger with cash grabbyness. We'll see.

Dude..High price? with the Black Friday discount it's 89 dollars, what 3 1/2 large Pizzas cost here at Brizios Pizzeria in the USA. If you knew how complex and tedious it is to program a synthesizer of the level of Avenger 2 you would change your mind. Thank God 99% of VPS users think otherwise, the price is right for the quality you are getting. Good luck with Current!briefcasemanx wrote: Thu Nov 30, 2023 10:54 pm Definitely not worth the steep upgrade price. I bought Current instead. Everything from this company is a gross cash grab.
