It looks like 2.0.2 solved the macros / controls-specific crackling for everyone - that bug was introduced in 2.0.0. However the older genal spikes issue seem to still be there for those affected by them. Form the video above they seem to be present all the time, not just in use? Is that true for everyone with spikes?

The thing why one can't ignore spikes in cubendo anyway is that they sometimes prevent you from rendering/exporting your mix.. cpu overload.

We need to focus on a single factory preset which causes the issues so at least everyone is testing the same thing. Please note which preset is causing you problems if you're having them.

It's getting worse when multiple instances of the plugin are opened. I get a bit of lagging with one instance and total slowdowns and glitching out with 2.

Not possible to select Q4antum FX presets, even though there is a preset folder. Other fx work , though.
When I go to preset folder outside Avenger, I can see categorized presets.
When I go in Avenger to "Go to preset folder", Q4antum folder is empty, even though it's not, when I select folder of other fx, there are presets !?
I know how to to select presets, you just click on "untitled", but it doesn't work with Q4antum fx, preset selection works with other fx, though.
When I select a new preset of Factory2 which uses Q4antum, there is a preset name, but you still can't select other presets.

This sounds like what I had after a manual install of Factory Library 2. I deleted it, downloaded and installed via V Man then all was well.

Can Avenger 2 send midi out to another plugin?
I'm able to assign it as a midi input to another vst, but nothing appears to be sent.
I was hoping I might be able to at least send arp output.

Amazing

3 osc with classic waveforms for a lush pad

- vintage 24db vcf
- 1 mod env 1 with long and slow decay
- 1 saw, 5 unison, analog voicing, sub, random fine detune,
- 2nd osc same as 1st with detune
- 3rd osc simple sine

- fx ruta rerverb with shimmer

Basically around 16 notes per chord.
cpu around 55% (peak 65%), play few chords, I recorded, play, and had some cracks,
Here is the magic... nothing else in Reaper... open Avenger again and then Reaper crash.

What a fantastic release

Once again we paid for a public beta
I really hope you will polish the lack of optimisation and stability.
For the price, people deseve a top premium synth.

I don't think you are potentially eliminating new customers, since you have tutorials on youtube that show the potential of the synth and all the demos of the expansions, with that alone you have a pretty good idea of how it would work under your fingers.

Well, I mean it literally eliminates at least one new customer - me - and I suspect I'm not alone. I'm sure they're doing just fine without us but if I can't demo something I'm not buying it. Particularly given the many posts about issues with the synth on here! I'm not spending $150 to find out it doesn't play nicely with my M1 Max MBP.

Tutorials and marketing demos tell me nothing. I know what a wavetable synth sounds like - I want to see if I enjoy using it. Like I just downloaded Parawave Rapid to try - no lock on the master volume pushes it right down the list.

Avenger 2.03 works great now on my quite old computer. Had to delete everything and install from VMan.
Now I can select presets of Q4antum fx, what a great effect.

What synths is better than this? I am talking, presets and sound quality mainly. I don't think I could be happier myself.
