Yes, there is a certain similarity to Enigma (Micheal Cretu) due toaaron aardvark wrote: Thu Nov 16, 2023 5:19 am enroe,
Thank you for the review! Now your song: the intro reminds me of Enigma's "Sadness Part 2" male vocals; sounds good. Audio quality is quite good all around. I might detect some pitch correction on the vocals, but the vocals sound good, and that's what matters. Very nice song and recording!![]()
the monk choirs. But for us it is important that the magic of the
monks is interwoven with the groove of heavy rock.
Thank you Aaron!

Aah, thank you, seismic1! Very encouraging words.seismic1 wrote: Thu Nov 16, 2023 11:23 pm The choir sounded great, and I liked the transitions into the verses and out of the chorus. They flowed very naturally. The vocoder-like interlude was also very effective, and I thought the all-round vocal performance was very strong.
Good work![]()

Michael Gretu Is that you? Reminds me a bit of Enigma at the beginning, but then it turns into a rock song.
Cool track, I like it. Also the strings that build up just before the new part to create some anticipation, very well arranged.

This reminds me of Shiny Toy Guns. I liked the synths and guitar together. Strong vocals cleanly recorded.

Chr!s, thank you for your words!Chr!s wrote: Sun Dec 03, 2023 11:03 pm Nice. The Gregorian chanting in the beginning gave me flashbacks to medieval 2 total war haha.
I agree that the transitions between the choir and rock sections are particularly well executed
Yes - the Gregorian choir generally represents the Middle
Ages and early times. But of course - everyone has their
own associations.

surprised.

Great track enroe, love the feel of it. The swell to the guitar coming in is very cool. And, of course, I love a bit of choir.
Well done!
