The experiment is over and the banks will go back to being paid downloads.

Very generous of you Vincent
I purchased most of the synplant packs.
Also delivered a demo track for cellspace 3 I think, which you kindly gave me. All sound fantastic!

I do remember and your beautiful track, For You, which was for vol. 4, is still up on SoundCloud. Thanks again for supporting me.jethrobull wrote: Sun Dec 10, 2023 5:09 pm Very generous of you Vincent

I reuploaded my bank for OB-Xd since it's compatible with the version distributed by discoDSP.
I also added the original bank art to make the page a little more attractive. Enjoy!

No problem. If my memory doesn't fail me, the best patches of Organic Manipulations were rolled into Cellspace vol. 1 and at the time, I offered those who had already purchased OM a discount to get CS1.kujoi wrote: Wed Oct 02, 2024 10:46 am Amazing TYVM!
BTW, what happened to "Organic Manipulations" bank please? I was only able to find the demo![]()
For quite a while, I've drifted away from making sound banks. I still enjoy programming synths for my own pleasure but the market for presets has dramatically changed of the last 5 years and it's just not worth my time to do it commercially.
I'm going to digress but I think most factory synth banks these days are a far cry from the quality they used to have 10/15 years ago. I could play those for hours (the FM7 one is still haunting me) whereas I now usually just delete them to roll my own sounds. I guess a long feature list is a better showcase than a solid factory bank in 2024.

Hi there and thanks for the swift reply, any chance you could still share "Organic Manipulations" please? This would help with my presets hoarding disorder ^^
TBH what strikes me is the carelessness of softsynths coders who simply don't provide backwards compatibility.
I know a sound designer whose banks went down the drain due to unforeseen compatibility issues with new software updates and all your SP1 banks run in YMMVMV "compatibility" mode in SP2 now. To top it off, you can't run both SP1 & SP2 on the same computer as it would appear.
Apparently tuning can be ruined, just great and I guess you couldn't be hassled updating them for SP2 until a future update would break them again.

I'll take a look at my archives and see if I can find it.kujoi wrote: Wed Oct 02, 2024 12:07 pm Hi there and thanks for the swift reply, any chance you could still share "Organic Manipulations" please? This would help with my presets hoarding disorder ^^
If I had kept them payware, I could have made the effort but as they are now, they're only meant for v1. And anyone is free to tweak them themselves for v2.kujoi wrote: Wed Oct 02, 2024 12:07 pm Apparently tuning can be ruined, just great and I guess you couldn't be hassled updating them for SP2 until a future update would break them again.
