I've been trying to find out what kind sound or instrument this sound is. I attached a few sound clips with the sound... it's like a high pitch, somewhat cute sounding, melodic vocal. Is there a vst or a plugin for this? Or is it modified recorded vocals? I would appreciate any help with this. Thank you everyone in advance!!

Yeah, sounds like a vocoder or modulated vocals of some kind. I'm not terribly familiar with the process, so I couldn't really tell you how it's done, unfortunately.
