Emulations we are still missing 2023 edition

Looking from a distance you see four cars zoom by (the listener). You notice that two cars are blue but they drive too quickly for you to see what brands the blue cars were (the mix). Both cars are heading to the same location.

The passenger of Blue Car #1 is driving a cheap Citroen C3 and is very warm as he cannot use the air conditioner because that will make the car go slower, so he has his windows down to get some air. He is listening to Radio Hits and is humming along.

The passenger of Blue Car #2 is driving a BMW. He listening to Bohemian Rhapsody on full blast while having a nice breeze cool down the interior of the car.

Driver of car #1 doesn't care about cars.
Driver of car #2 loves his car and the experience it gives him.

Both will arrive at the destination at the same time.

Is this going to be on the test?

I would personally love a decent emulation of the later period Emu samplers, but most sampler emulations seem to want the really vintage styles (did have the Emu vst but sound wasn’t quite there and seems buggy on my current setup)

I believe there still isn't a killer Elka Synthex clone. That has the same quality as Diva, Model 72 or the Legend.

There are emulations of some of these, but none are close IMO.

Andromeda is a really powerful analog synth, and I still don't think software has reached the power yet to accurately reproduce its more complex features.

I'd like this too. I think it would be great if filter and AD/DA models were added to TAL sampler.
It's possible TAL could be set to model the sound already using existing features?
In that case it just needs those morphing and unique filters

What about Xils Syn'X?

Syn'X is nice but it can't quite recreate those sounds in the video above. My impression is that the emulation quality of the Xils synths is comparable to older generation Arturia synths.

Syn'X, Mini Syn'X, PolyKB and Oxium all have zero-delay included.
