to know which project file has the largest audio files? I ask this because I wasted all my disk with waves. And Unfortunately I saved all my audio to a default path..
Any suggestions?

of course I mean is there a way to do this without opening all projects. I do not want to loose any data and do not have time to open hundreds of cpr's.
thnx

I believe there is a function called cleanup or something like that in SX, under the menu 'file', or perhaps a submenu, I believe. I used it once, and my system was busy for a minute or so. I didn't miss any files after that...
I guess it was a bit of a reckless action, as I wasn't sure what it did ('cleaning up can't be bad', I must have thought).
I didn't check if I had more space or so after that, but I assume that it made me get rid of waves I saved in audio-folders but didn't use in one of my projects.
That's probably what you want.
But before you use it, check the helpfile on the subject to be sure.

Hi there
My best tips (for the future) is to save each project into separate folders. I would never save things so that everything gets mixed up-dangerous...

in the help document it says:
Note: There are situations when the Cleanup function will list files that are not unused!
- If you have moved or renamed files or folders (without updating the Project files to use the new paths), there is no way for Cubase SX/SL to know that these files are used in a Project.
- If you are performing the Cleanup function on a folder in which there are audio files belonging to other Projects (outside the folder), these files will be considered "unused".
- Also, make sure you don't delete any files used in other applications, or files that you generally want to keep!
I will make some tests for that and go on. It can be usefull and also dangerous:))
But i think there isn't a way to learn which cpr has the biggest files without looking at the pool.
Thanx for your helpfull replies...
