Too much CPU?

Surely, FL Studio's Convolution Reverb has to be one of the lowest CPU reverbs around, no?

Can I ask if you are using in on a very old / low-powered device?

N/m - I'm thinking of the old one.

Not saying the others are bad but if you want the best.....
Pro Tools does have great stock plug-ins. Incredibly underrated, IMO, but probably also a consequence of unjust hate that software gets.

Samplitude Pro X... sorry, but I cannot say that their plug-ins are among the best - or even a selling point - at this point in time. Most will struggle to compete with what is on the open market - particularly the Reverbs.

I don't think VariVerb II is competitive with PhoenixVerb or Stratus, Valhalla, etc. Convolution Reverb... there is a reason they bundle Convology XT Complete with the Suite SKU (MAGIX bundles accessory software/plug-ins to avoid having to develop the core software in the areas they address).

Cubase, Ableton, Logic, Studio One, Digital Performer... all of those DAWs have better stock plugins than Samplitude Pro X. I do think Cubase has, overall, the best stock plug-ins when you factor in the quality of their Mix/Master FX as well as the Creative FX they have in the package. It is probably the only DAW where I'd feel comfortable uninstalling 90% of my third party plug-ins and going all-stock.

If I said you are blocked, I won't see your posts. Please kindly refrain from quoting or replying to me.
"Notifications for Nothing" are annoying. Blocking me in return is a good way to avoid this.

Well then.
I doubt there's any DAW that comes with better stock plugs than what you can get with Pro Tools and Sequoia.
