clouds have terrible memories.
Yeah clouds never remember to have a wee before setting off, and so they all have to stop when one wants one

not all mattresses retain their shape through memory foam, so, erm, not all mattresses are alive?

My mattress is definitely dead - I killed it myself

I've had Suicider a couple of times - insanely strong, and gives you a bastard hangover. You would've thought I would've remembered from the first time

Evidence that time has memory, even if its a bad one...?

i know someone who recently tried suicide, hanging themselves with fairy lights.
they snapped, obviously, so not dead...
however, still had to attend the appointment with the psychiatric nurse, on the way, turned to his carer and said "im really sorry i broke the fairy lights" :o
you gotta laugh when you can in these situations.

strange that the bikini type arrangement has lasted so long. with little innovation really, shrinkage is not innovation.

All living beings that exist because of nature's laws. Take plants for instance, the laws of nature require soil, sunlight and water for their survival.
And where there are laws, there behind them is memory. Memory holds all information and laws are a type of information.
Now if you'll kindly excuse me I'm going to go drink some beer and watch hockey.
In the meantime all of you can lick feet.

Still nope.

That Maxwell Demon seems like it's what bred vacuum tubes/transistors.

Given that Maxwell also codified the workings of electromagnetism properly for the first time, then he played a huge part for sure.

The reason I raised information theory is that in the wonderful and bonkers world of modern physics, it's been posited that information exists as a physical quantity rather akin to heat or light. Whether a lot of this is empirically proven, or indeed how it pertains to 'memory', or physical 'laws', I'm not sure. I'm no expert, but as an interested nerdy science layman I find it all hugely fascinating.. :scared:
