and it's nothing new and often reported here:
UVI, the whole page and it's downloads is super-slow since months (if not over a year)
The fact that Noctua is fast for you certainly means it is cached in some relay.

Noctua downloaded and installed just fine, but it's not showing up in my ilok licenses, even though it is showing as authorized in my products on UVI's website. I'll have to look into it further when I get home from work.

hmm, most sounds have an underlying sort of "sizzling" to it.
I really don´t like "that".
It goes so far that i thought my setup is broke.
Found the waveshaper. Disabling it is not doing it.
still, not sure if my setup is broke or not.
but loading other instruments it seems fine.
Never had such feels bevore. ( the "is something broke ?" feel)
Anybody else is hearing this ........the way i do, like something was wrong ?
i mean it was free. ok
but if that sizzling is intended.........?
i wonder if that´s so,.....or if something´s broke here ? (seriously)
it creates an imprint in my ears.
it´s like i´m afterwards not really able to hear if other instruments do sound ok, or not. Or if they "sizzle" aswell.
Never experienced anything like that bevore. ( that "imprint" aspect)
( i don´t carry a Tinnitus. jfyi)
