VST to load samples and export MIDI with modulations..?

Hi people: is there a plugin to load a sample (for example, a flute) and allows you to export a MIDI file with the modulation/pitch-bend information?

Don't know about plugins, but the DAW itself should be able to export MIDI files (*.mid) from MIDI tracks.
So you should be able to load that flute sample on any VST sampler, record the performance on a MIDI track, then export a .mid file which will include the pitch-bend message, velocity, and any affected MIDI CC.
Every DAW likely has a different way to export the file with the correct data (e.g. tempo/time signature...), so you should probably look into the procedure for your DAW specifically.

What exactly are you expecting to happen? Something which analyses the file and automatically gives you a MIDI file from the melody played in the file?
I'm not aware of any note detectors which are able to determine and provide a pitch bend signal (mostly because pitch bend can be adjusted usually from 1 semitone to sometimes up to 4 octaves). Melodyne, I believe, is the best for extracting and 'creating' a MIDI region from an audio signal. But it doesn't generate pitch bend or modulation data.

The way I understand it (and maybe I don't
).. pitch-bend in MIDI gets recorded on a special high-resolution 14-bit channel. That "Pitch" value across the entire 14-bit range is "universal".
Then any specific plugin will apply its own scaling, determining how many semitones correspond to the "universal" value of the MIDI message.
edit: I totally didn't understand we were talking about analyzing an actual audio performance in order to extract MIDI data.
It didn't even cross my mind. My bad

melodyne?

Already suggested, and it doesn't do the pitch-bend extraction stuff the OP wants so it doesn't fit anyhoo

Hit n Mix DAW
Analyses Samples and you can then Export to MIDI,
Not sure if the Pitchbend parameter is Exported with MIDI
but at least you can visualise the Pitch Bend Accurately on the Hit'n'Mix DAW Software and Recreate it.

You might have some luck with Neural note which is based on Spotify's audio to midi converter, basicpitch.

I sang Mary Had a Little Lamb with pitch bends into NeuralNote and BasicPitch. Here is the result of NeuralNote upon feeding the resulting MIDI into a DAW playing an electric piano:

that was the reason i first came to kvr if i remember correctly... so basically, we're as close to the "holy grail" as we were in 2005 lmaoDaveClark wrote: Wed Dec 13, 2023 6:37 pm I sang Mary Had a Little Lamb with pitch bends into NeuralNote and BasicPitch. Neural note is pretty cool, I tried it today and it makes a decent midi file.
Takes nearly no time at all to convert a song to midi.
