Don't know which sound you consider the lead but you could make these sounds aside from the drums in mini bit pretty easily. It's a synth that tries to mimic the sound of old console sound chips. The "chipsynth" line from plogue (I hope I got the name right) Is the same idea but far more focused. You could also use a simple tracker to get the same type of sounds.
