Other parameters allow me to do so, the 'modulate parameter' option appears, allowing me to assign it to the mod wheel, an lfo, or whatever.
I don't see this option when I open the volume on a track.
Can i set my midi controller to modulate the volume of a track using its mod wheel?
Thanks. merry xmas

I'm not 100% sure it's in this video but it should be explained in one of them I assume. I don't use a controller so I can't really help, but when I'm lookling for answers I start with looking thru the videos listed on the reaper site.

no - or not easily unless you get the superb free BlueCat Gain Suite https://www.bluecataudio.com/Products/P ... GainSuite/
easy to modulate and you can link instances on different tracks so that you can have one volume go up as the other goes down

the only solutions I see use CC via an action, nothing that directly modulates the track volumes via the LFO dialog as one can do with plugins. I still find the bluecat solution better because that allows you to control the volume with the inbuilt LFO tool or CCVOODOO U wrote: Thu Dec 28, 2023 2:23 am Where are you guys getting your solutions from? Doing a Google search, the answer shows up no problem. No need to watch vids or use sources outside of reaper.

that is fine - for me the (free) bluecat solution is still better because more versatileVOODOO U wrote: Thu Dec 28, 2023 5:42 amWhat about "JS: Utility/Vol" stock pligin?neverbefore wrote: Thu Dec 28, 2023 4:34 amthe only solutions I see use CC via an action, nothing that directly modulates the track volumes via the LFO dialog as one can do with plugins.
