I dont know what's happen but i cant access to my Ik Multimedia Account , i did try to reset my password but i never received the mail , can you acess to your account ? is everything ok ?

There’s some f**ker going on with them.
Tried to use an IK plugin that I know was authorized and receive the message I need I to authorize it to use. Follow the prompt, and IK makes it so I need to redownload the product manger. Install that and it clearly shows my plugins (tracks5) is authorized.
Go through the process of unauthoriztin, then requthorize and it still doesn’t work.
This is a first time problem with IK stuff. I didn’t think it was possible to go through this after authorizing the first time.
I’m down to just a handful of IK plugins but might be time to move on from them altogether. It’s a shame because the Fame plugin works nicely. Well… when it works, it sounds nice.

That's another reason to spend money on plugins who don't require that kind of authorization, but just SN or Key files without the need of internet connection.
There are tons of good plugins for any needs, i'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing, but at least i hope you learn the lesson, as i've done years ago
