1000s of other FX, instruments work perfectly in this environment, including cubase. Blaming the environment, rather than addressing the narrow issue within this software, isnt a good look.

When you are a plugin developer, with years of experience under your belt navigating the mine field of idiosyncratic plugin implementations across multiple DAWs and OS platforms, and thus can speak from experience, we will take your outrage more seriously.

Bulent acknowledged the issue was with SM, and is fixing it. You got what you want.

My outrage? This isnt really a hill you want to die on, but ok. Dont try to miscategorize my frustration as "outrage" -- this is about respectful customer service and honesty, and I dont need your thoughts on my client/vendor situation. If you cant help with the situation, dont bother me.

The only help you need is holding your tongue. You got what you wanted. Problem solved. Happy now? Or will you insist on dragging this out further for some personal reason I'd rather not speculate about?

Hi there,
what are we supposed to do with random crashes that are hard to reproduce? I use Reaper 7.07, SM3 build 14527, on a Win10 machine. I get random crashes, which I cannot reproduce by retracing my steps. Therefore I feel not confident making an entry in your google document. Is there some kind of crash log? I guess that would really help tracking down such issues in an alpha version. Well, maybe make that a feature request...

Seconded. Reaper 7.07 is an immediate crash upon loading SM3. I have not been able to load SM3 on a track. If there is a log file, I'd be happy to pass it on. (I understand this is an Alpha).

Hi , i was thinking about buying synthmaster
I notice that when I go to the checkout its in dollars I'm on a strict budget so need to know exactly, I'm in Europe. The everything bundle looks sweet !

I recently checked what version of synthmaster I had (v1) due to being interested in V3 and it appears to have also sent me a V3 alpha licence.

Would this allow me to test V3 as further in the email it mentions v1 presets so confused. Be cool if so

It's the new build from yesterday, that immediately crashes as VST3. Tuesday's build started fine, but had random crashes, seemingly related to patch change and patch initialization.

I just fixed that one (VST3 crash upon startup), update coming tomorrow.

The latest build crashed for me at startup within Cakewalk. I will check out the newer build tomorrow.

Cubase Artist 11 crashes after showing SM3 while initializing VST3 plugins. During this time the license key was also in the “documents/synthmaster3” folder. I'm now hoping that if you get the problem under control, I'll be able to test SM3 again on this PC. Good luck with that. You've already done a great job developing SM3.

VST3 version of Build 14590 still crashes Reaper with a 'Runtime Error'.
