Excite Audio Motion Harmonic- Wont accept reg code (SOLVED/fixed)

Hey guys, wanted to see if anyone else has this issue.
Got upgrade to Excite Audio- Motion Harmonic
copy and pasted and tried typing the serial in, the active button stays grey.

UPDATE: So, after the trial period ended, it takes reg code and work fully licensed ...hmmm interesting! Thanks for all the suggestions

Are talking about the cross grade from Harmonic Lite to Harmonic ?
Working for me

Copy the serial. Look after the message full activated close the daw, and start again the daw and plugin

Yeah the crossgrade, I just deletes everything, gonna try again. Thanks
Ok, I've tried un installing and re installing and both the light and the full - cross grade and still activate button wont "activate" and saying I have 2 days left on the full demo license... hmm

I've tried that, and uninstalling each, tried cleaning every remnant I can find on my computer but nothing has worked. Also, I've tried setting AVAST to let it through, but that seems ok... I just keep getting this screen
