Hi. Is it possible to record modulation or expression / dynamics etc after programming or recording midi notes in a given track in Studio One?
For example: When using a string patch it is common to adjust the mod wheel or wheels (controlling modulation and expression etc) while playing the notes. As I am not good enough to do it this way, I would like to add the modulation after recording the notes. And I am wondering if that would be possible at all, as I was not able to find a tutorial online.
I hope you understand what I mean, as English is not my native language.
Thanks and regards.

-create new midi track ,
-point it to the instrument track from the track's dropdown
-Record data in new track
That's my preffered way of recording automation , iow not using the dedicated automation lanes
