I haven't had any problem/s reading the old GUI, but this looks too dark for my eyesight.stw wrote: Wed Feb 08, 2023 10:49 pmYes, sure...
i'm still at work. Unfortunately i can't afford as much time as i would like (and the project deserves) to get the update finished as fast as i want it. And as usual the more complex it gets the more pitfalls arise which can get you trapped. E.g. lately i had to deal with platform dependent issues on some new features.
However REFLEX-PRO-X V2 is progressing on a daily basis and i'm involved as much as i can.
As a small teaser i have a preview of the new UI including the enhanced master fx section for you. I think it's close to a final version. Hope you like it!
Cheers, Stefan
REFLEX-PRO-X out now

Yes, any information would be greatly appreciated. I’ve always thought that this plug-in was like a secret weapon and under-appreciated. It’s so good for complex delays and reverb washes. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for an adjustable GUI as one of the updates.Gosh wrote: Wed Nov 22, 2023 5:40 pm Hi Stefan, any news about version 2 or a beta for the best delay plug-in out there? Thanks in advance

Hey guys,
thanks for your support and your ongoing interest! Very much appreciated…
Due to some unforeseen reasons development and the final steps for a release are delayed.
I feel very sorry about that.
Still some bugs have to be eliminated and some finishing has to be done. Unfortunately progress is actually very slow although i spent as much time as i can afford to bring that baby to birth…
However right now i can‘t make any serious predictions when all work is done. I‘m on it and hope to be able to announce some news soon. So stay tuned…
Cheers, Stefan

Well basically yes, but...
it's still in a beta phase and not released. Since my time is for finishing it was highly limited the past months there was only small progress. Unfortunately this will stay the same in the medium term. But i'm still on it! Sorry that i can't promise any better

As much as I would like to see the next version, I would much rather have you take your time and release something truly special and unique.
Us loyal customers will still be here (God willing), and I am looking forward to seeing the new and improved updates that you’ve worked hard to implement.

Hi WolfKay,
thanks for asking…
It‘s somehow embarrassing to come along with great announcements but not with delivering
I‘m sorry!
Over the last year my job situation completely changed and i hardly find any time for finishing that update. It‘s not forgotten but put on halt due to the circumstances.
I’m still believing that i will finish it but i can’t make any promises or throw out any schedule.
Sorry that i can‘t tell any better news…

You know that you've created a well-respected plug-in when people continue to ask about it, year after year. R-P-X really does have a very nice sound, and is a proper multi-effect. Although it may lack some of the features found in newer VST's, it's still a very capable plug-in.stw wrote: Sun Mar 23, 2025 10:17 am Hi WolfKay,

I can design some pretty wild patches with the effects and modulation that's onboard. And it really shines if you're using it to create lush, ambient music, or for processing vocals drenched in reverb and delay effects. It's great!
I understand how life circumstances can change in the blink of an eye. So by all means, do what's best for you first. That's really important. I'd just like to encourage you to not give up on your ideas or your plug-in. Based on my experience with it, I think it's worth the wait for the next iteration. Also, thanks for responding to posts and letting us know about the plug-in's status. Take care.

I was tinkering yesterday and after wandering through my vast GAS-collection suddenly thought of Reflex Pro X again, slapped it on a track of some ambient guitar chords and went through some presets.
That was twelve hours ago and I'm still blown away by the soundscapes it made. This is truly on one of the greatest plugins I own. I can't wait for the weekend to do some more experimenting. Absolute GOAT plugin.
Just had to get that off my chest.
