I haven't tried this but the normal CraveEQ is an exceptional tool. Highly recommended m/s EQ, sounds great.
I expect this transient version would also be very good.

Went try to demo it, but had problems with the Ilock thing.

Voxengo had a spectral mix bus plugin that had transient shaping as part of it. It's been ages since I used it though. It also had dynamics and such.

Sounds like you might want to check out Oeksound Spiff. It can be very "clean" and "smooth" in its effect on the signal.
If less is more, imagine how much more MORE will be.

I´m into realtime uses
edit: just checking the demo. at 44khz its 4480 samples / 93ms.
the Hofa one finnaly runns now too. interesting. 20ms latency

SplitEQ has been described as a spectral transient shaper. Russell, lead dev, was recently on a podcast and explained why that's not the case.
