What are some of your favourite "gems", be they hidden or not-so-hidden?

I'm curious to find out what your personal little gems are. I recently got the Lindell Audio TE-100 EQ, based on the UE-100, and between its "unusual" layout and interaction - and the awesome behaviour when pushed hard, for me it was a real find; a "gem" if you will.
Same with Soundtoys' Little Plate, which, sure isn't a hidden one, it's still a great sounding "little" reverb. So gem? Not a gem? For me it kind of is.
Another one for me recently, Softube's Tube Delay. Hidden? Not so much. A basic delay? For sure. But that drive though, and that feedback! Gem?
What are some of your out-of-left-field plugins you're using and are excited about?

Autochroma by Imagiro - Three granular processors in one.
Dust by Soundmorph- Another granular processor. Sold mainly as an instrument but it's also an effect and I think it's better as an effect than an instrument. Ridiculous depth and great soundstage options.
SSF2 by sixth sample- Just released update to sixth sample's filter with way more filter types and expanded modulation options.

I find this distortion to be very unique, it`s from KVRDC2014 and 32bit, so pretty old, but very cool: EpiCentre
And another nice multi-mode distortion, that also never gets mentioned Mars Distortion

Might be a long wait for a Sixth Sample sale. He says the no-discount policy is here to stay. You might consider current prices as discounted, because they're going up at the end of the month.chrisg wrote: Mon Jan 22, 2024 4:50 pm The Sixth Sample stuff is really great, hope there is a nice bundle sale soon
Starting in February, the prices will be the following:
All individual plugins: 29.95€ (~32.50 USD with current exchange rate)
The All Plugins Bundle: 149€ (~162.50 USD with current exchange rate)

use Deelay all the time. The Gate feature is great for vocals. I'm loving U-He Protoverb.

I could tell you, but then I would have to kill everyone in this thread as my hidden gems wouldn't be so hidden anymore would they?

I've really been enjoying this semi-precious gem: https://synthanatomy.com/2021/05/points ... rator.html
P.S. Runs in Max only (you can use free Max version), not VSTs or AUs! I can use Blackhole or Loopback to bring into my DAW.

It's such a shame that they're not plugins. I'd use them a lot more.
His new device looks really interesting. A casette looping station.

Definitely polar from reason studios. Totally crazy and totally unique...
