Stopped working for me in November 2023 ... NI advice was to upgrade my computer. I bought Kontakt software in the BF sale that I now can't authorize.
Seems historical to me that anytime they "mistakenly" release something that works as expected that it has been met with the quickest update they can push out to block that workability.

You use Windows 8.1, which is unsupported by almost every current software now, simply because the OS is unsupported for a year now.

Software can continue to work on it, or not, like in this case. It's like playing the lottery.

Upgrading your computer may seem like an insensitive advice, but, what are they supposed to do really? You can't support every obsolete OS forever.

Seems to be working now

No it doesn’t.

Ya, stuck on 'loading products' for me.

What crappy advice!! As long as your system meets the minimum requirements, they shouldn't even be mentioning a computer upgrade. Um..... What ARE your system specs, by the way?

(Also: I'm Accused of lying about Linux—it boots, runs my pro audio workflow, stays stable, updates--though yearly dismissed as “niche”. Yet I'm the deluded one.)

They don't have to support it, but they are doing something that absolutely kills it. Which I think should be illegal.

Post

It's because they keep diddling around with Native Access to justify their existence when it worked fine 50 versions ago. Not broke, but we're going to fix it anyway.

All while giving us the illusion that we're part of that decision. Setting things up as a choice often denies its participants of suggestions and complaints they would really like to voice.

All they really need to do is read these threads on the various online forums.
A "survey" just frees them from directly addressing the chaos they created.
Just to be clear, here is the link. It sounds a lot more involved than a simple customer survey, one on one chats etc. https://community.native-instruments.co ... 4efb240674
