I like Latin gibberish for preset names. Some plug-ins even have preset name generators that come up with Latin gibberish names.

Unfortunately when I think of memorable preset names, I can only think of the worst preset name. This was a component preset for one of the compressors in an earlier version of Guitar Rig called "Mein Comp". (I know in German they would pronounce that like "comb" but with a p on the end, but still someone should have caught that)

[At least] one of the Ohm Force FX comes with presets with funny names, some of them referencing the previous one, so the list almost tells a story (I tried to look 'm up but they don't seem to show using the Funky skin)
