I guess best to not assume... I never use 64bit even on 64bit machines I install 32bit versions so I can use 32bit plugs straight-up I have a billion so enough to last multiple lifetimes never a better time to stick with 32bit with all the former commercial plugs going free in 'legacy mode'...
