I have a thumb pianothat I have recorded each note on. What do I do next? All advice is higly appericiated. :)

Well, you need to put it in a sampler, or sample format. If you have Tracktion (it's free right now), then you could load each sample into Tracktion's built-in sampler.
Another option is to post the wave files here and see if someone will make you a sf2.
Or, try something like Paax.
Anti-aliasing is for "synthmonk%ys".

some samplers even recognize the notes, so mapping them is quite easy. For example if you name your samples c2 cis2 d2 and so on, it's very easy to put them onto any sampler. And you might want to check in a wave editor if they all are pretty much of the same volume and so on ("normalised".
That's fun making those things...
