Hi, i need a help with some effect automated, it can be simple but im not familiar with this kind if sounds.
Please listen this carefully with headphones, theres like an automation of some sound growing than falling down from second 7 on the melody, its not easy to notice without headphones, i need to know how to make this same effect and automation on FL studio, or at least i need to know exactly what plugin or effect is needed for it.

Can you please explain more ? Im not that professional, what is dynamic filter / envelope follower ? will i add it on mixer ?

In your DAW's filter plugin, look for an envelope or threshold control. That will enable to you to make the filter react to the audio you're feeding it, creating the animated filter effect you're looking for. If your DAW's filter lacks that capability, there are probably others here who can suggest some freeware alternatives.
