Cannot be a feature cutting the delay at roundabout 8 seconds, can it? Endless delays aren’t possible so.
The old feedback shots into again, when the next audio is getting in after 8 seconds. That cannot be right…

Yeah, this appears to be a bug. Looking into it tomorrow.xd37076 wrote: Sun Jan 28, 2024 2:09 pm Cannot be a feature cutting the delay at roundabout 8 seconds, can it? Endless delays aren’t possible so.

Well if speech about made project which itself already shows about say ~ten + percents, then can logically assume that loading value in DAW cpu meter will not shows more, since loading occurs 'at core, so this plug will (can) go in parallel with the existing load metering, but not add.Rickskii wrote: Sun Jan 28, 2024 9:09 am I have replaced a couple of different delays in projects with no change in CPU on my M1. Nice flexible delay, thanks.
Although ofcorse make importamt what with threading config at machine (also i'm not sure how this going at MAC tho). But such circumstance available.
Ie testing at existing project not very relevant idea for eat' rating.
EDIT:
But delay is not bad (although I wasn’t impressed at first, + cpu stuff).
But after twist more, the granular mode seemed fun in the end, when figured out with Soundstage section.
Honestly i'm already not so sure about passing.
But for dev, hope that there is some headroom for tweak performance.
In my memory even hungry Replika XT show a much less lol.

Wife gets mad at me for killing them.
Weigh of cost of:
1/ Change wife (or husband);
2/ Find lover (preferably rich and generous);
3/ Apologize to wife and buy potted flowers, take wife to restaurant and /or romantic weekend, hide cost of GAS in the expenses.
Option 3 recommended

Some people love to make things complicated, eh?
Just create a fund and add a regular amount to it every month, then when you need to buy a $30 plugin or $2000, you have already saved up, and if you needed to agree it with someone then the agreement was already made.
NB: if you're buying eurorack, sorry you're on your own!! Probably literally.

I ended up buying it, even though I didn't need another delay. The crossgrade price was too good to pass up.

How is it going? Do you need help recreating the bug, or details about my setup?DGillespie wrote: Sun Jan 28, 2024 5:02 pmYeah, this appears to be a bug. I bought this because of the cheap price offer I had. Not really impressed with the sound but the workflow is good and having so many parameters to tweak the effect all in one go is handy. I would have enjoyed more experimental features though. Overall, it's a nice modern delay
