Hardware with MIDI CC send *and receive* for endless encoder lights/values

Is there any hardware out there that has endless encoders which have lighting to show the 'value' that will also receive/update that value from MIDI ?

For example, if I MIDI map it to a VST and then the VST is automated in the DAW, I want to see the value on the hardware also change in realtime.

Is there such a thing ? Bonus points if it has big knobs like the OSC knob on the Moog slim phatty.
