McDSP, the SCAM giveaway !!

So.... after clicking my way into the "McDSP 25 years" article on their website I chose to join the competition. For several months I had to live with 1 ( ) spam mail pr. day. On the site it said "Winners announced January 2024". Now we are 2nd of february, and there are still no signs, not a single word about winners.

I am not disappointed because of (most likely) not winning any bundle, but I am pissed off with the fact that you do this kind of aggressive marketing without keeping your word. There are laws about false promises, and so far this appear as nothing but a false scam act!

McDSP, you can pick whatever excuse you want, but to announce the winner as promised within January would be the most easy thing to do.

The article is still alaive, and it is still possible to JOIN the competition! Shame on you !!!

I am only "concerned" with the fact that developers seem to drown us with silly marketing. They dont give a shit about their customers in the long run... If the product(s) are good ar bad, dated or not.... is not the topic here

This was my point as well... To give a word for the poor (us customers).... It is simply too much marketing tricks these days.... Good old crappy scams.

However, it does not really matter what you write in kvr forum anylonger as there are too many cats and dogs that are more interested in fights

Yeah, every once in a while I sign up for something on the off chance that I might win, but mostly I ignore these. If it comes with all of those extra entries for completing social media tasks then it's all about getting your data/inflate their followers.
