The Wah sounds awesome. I think I like it more than either of my two current hardware wah's. :hihi:

It would be nice if we could have Momentary vs. Latch options for the MIDI Control of buttons (Wah Power). Example use case: I've got a MIDI Expression pedal (CC11) controlling the wah position, awesome! Now I want to use my MIDI Sustain Pedal (64) to toggle and latch the the Wah Power control. So for example a value of 127 turns it off and it stays off, a value of 0 turns it on and it stays on (or vice versa). Right now, it's momentary control only.

Post

Yep.
Every time I come across a wah plugin, I always compare it with my CryBaby pedal, and I'm always disappointed by the plugin.

This time, I was disappointed by the CryBaby.
THIS MUSIC HAS BEEN MIXED TO BE PLAYED LOUD SO TURN IT UP

Everything is nice about this video : the guitar, the lighting, the host, and the actual guitar sounds !
With the 50% off it really is appealing. I love my BIAS FX2, but .. tempted. Gonna think about it :D

Note to developers, I'd love to see a 2D/3D FX foot controllers. Wah is 1D (up/down) I'd love a left/right to also control something akin to resonance or even assign to yet another parameter, in a fashion like the Touche hardware but on foot. I believe guitar controllers need a refresh, like what we've been seeing for synths for a while now.

That wouldn’t be a CryBaby.

Price is not €/$ 29. There's VAT for some people that should be mentioned!
But maybe the laws are different in different countries. I once got real problems not telling VAT is included

Price is not €/$ 29. Please check it again, maybe try to be honest and don't fool people! Such things really make me angry.
I was almost buying, but...!
The wah plugin only is $29, I just checked.
It's the full amp and FX suite that is $149 and comes with the Wah included for free.
Using the code 1YEAR brings it all down by %50.

I am surprised. Now it's with VAT included They changed it very quickly! Very good.
Generally it's always better to write a price with the information plus VAT or VAT included. I just woke up, have to check whether it's plus VAT or VAT included, they don't mention VAT in there ad, though, that's not allowed here and only confuses.
If it's plus VAT, in Hungary the price is about 37 €!
Many devs don't charge VAT at all,
don't devs have to follow any laws? ,
can they do whatever they want?
Strange business.
Normally VAT is a serious matter for business men, devs aren't business men?
It's a hint, do whatever you want,
or maybe I don't understand offers to
international customers.

The pricing scheme we use in PolyChrome is the same as in Audiority: the price you see is the price you get in the checkout. VAT is already included, so it should be 29 and not more. If anyone is experiencing something different, please submit a ticket to PolyChrome and we'll check if there's anything going wrong. Thanks!

Noted. In the meantime, you can use CC Engage with a ms Value to automatically turn the wah off when the rocker is back to 0. Check the video to see how it works

Very good work! Anything Audiority-related is pure class.

Bug 1: the "Open Online Manual" link from the plugin goes to a Page Not Found.

Bug 2: I can't "right click" to open the MIDI Learn menu like on the video. Not in Reaper (Windows) at least. Nothing comes up that way. I tried CLAP, VST3, and VST2. Same on all formats. Right clicky brokey. EDIT: this just doesn't work in the demo version - which is odd because the MIDI control is available from the menu so it doesn't seem like an intentional limitation. Right click works fine in the full version.

what type of copy protection does this plugin use?
