Hooked up in front of an amp, the drippy and splashy sound of this mysterious box has inspired countless reggae, dub, garage, rockabilly, jazz and spaghetti western artists. Play off the hook on incredibly long and inspiring reverb tails!
This may now be my favorite spring reverb plugin.
I really like that it gives you a Type 8 tank, too.

One question: Is any convolution being used in the reverb models, or is it pure code?
You must be kidding
(wrong thread, srry!)

Thanks for the kind words.

At some level it’s all “pure code”, but I assume you’re referring to algorithmic vs. IR. The spring tank emulation of VREV-63 uses a hybrid approach, i.e. the onset portion (that characteristic “drip”) is generated using convolution while the tail uses an algorithm.

Hope that helps.
