I just went to toneboosters.com and it’s working for me.

I don’t ever visit that site, so it wasn’t cached.

Works from my mobile, doesn't work from my home internet. Could be a DNS thing.

updated DNS setting to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and did ipconfig /flushdns

SOLVED - Changed to a different DNS rather than router default
