Hello

I have a question on what vst and how to make such a mixdown and mastering song.

From what I hear in the song:
1. Vocal - he has sidechaing only on drop, buildup I can't hear, There's definitely an echo and reverb effect (-3dB gainstading).
2. Bass: Sub-bass play in mono, Wide-Bass play stereo, playing after the vocal by volume (-5dB gainstading) How to make such a space in bass?
3. Kick: It probably plays as loudly as the bass (-5dB), Kick play in mono ?,
4. Clap: plays in the middle ? (-7 dB)

I don't know how to set the rest, How to get that space in a song?
I use Fl studio, please help me.

Buy Waves Horizon, read all manuals and Waves gives a lot of useful tips on their homepage and on YouTube.

Make bass - 4 left or right and vocal centre,
so they won't mask each other.
Make clap - 8 left or right so it's not directly in a row with bass or vocals.
Imagine a stage with singer in the middle and the rest around or behind him, use your pan knob; eq and reverb can also make instruments sound farer away or inda face depending on what frequencies are attenuated or boosted or use a comp and squeeze all life out of a signal.
Kick is boosted at around 4kHz, pretty high and annoying sound, could be less loud.
Quite often on edm style tracks everything is centre for a inda face sound.
Most people listen in mono anyway or small smartphone speakers, so everything below 200hz and more than 12kHz does not matter at all, maybe use low and hi cut with a steep curve there.
Song is not a big challenge as for mixing, there is not many instruments playing at the same time and just a pumping synth bass, kick and vocals, sub instruments don't matter on small consumer systems and arrangement of song is very poor., melody is like heard a thousand times before.
Use Waves L2 or Izotope Maximizer as last plugin and bring the mix to - 4Lufs loudness.
Recommended plugins for this mix
Vocals
WAVES CLA76 +LA2A, a little H-Delay for thickening, RenEq,
wouldn't add reverb
Synth Bass Waves V Comp and EQ, AIR pumper
Kick Waves dbx160

1. Does it seem to you, kick play together with bass (-4 dB) ?
2. Is this bass in stereo ? What is the best program vst to use for this?
3. Which frequencies are cut off and what are boosted .. Differentiated between: kick clap hat fx down up, bass, pluck ?
4. Is the reverb also on the bass ?

Is there any tool to analyze the frequency and loudness of a given track? I was able to filter out the bass.

Bass Link

Does this bass have a reverb?, how to make such a sharpened sound? how loud it plays?

Post

Bass reverbs; I would not put it to the bass portion much (under 200hz or even 300hz) at all.

The bass link does not have reverb as traditionally perceived. It might have gated reverb, but not sure, might just be the sound itself.

Frankly speaking I don't like the mix at all, it's not very creative and rather boring,
but what some of us certainly would like to know is what plugin you use to extract an instrument from a mix?!

Yes, there are such tools.
Frequency analyzers and loudness meters.

Maybe take some WAVES Vitamin!?

If you want to learn to produce that style, it's extremely simple.

Join the XLNTSOUND Patreon for only 1 month (35 euro), download all their Ableton remake projects (there's about 180), analyze how they make their sounds, arrange, mix and master. They are much better producers than whoever produced your reference track.
You can check them out on Youtube, they're the real deal.

You're welcome!!

Hello

Thank you for your reply, please me name vst frequency analyzers, loudness meters?

Some of these are in your DAW already - a simple google search will give you plenty results. Then your ears tell you the rest. Having the names of all the plugins isn’t going to make a difference, look into what you have, learn how to use it, listen to music in the same style and try to make yours sound the same. It takes a long time to be able to do this, plugins don’t solve it for you. If you want to do it all yourself then be prepared to put in the time, otherwise just build your song and find others to mix it and master it for you.

Can you give us your opinion on the theme of the mixdown song  ?

From what I hear in the song:

2. Bass: Sub-bass play in mono, Wide-Bass play stereo, playing after the vocal by volume (-5dB gainstading) How to make such a space in bass?

4. Clap: plays in the middle ? (-7 dB)

I don't know how to set the rest, How to get that space in a song  ?
