I see, the demo might contain samples different from full version, so I won't delete, as well

The demo and full version installer is the same. All you need to do after purchasing is to download the product from your account, and run the 'Triaz Content' installer, which will overwrite the demo content and give you all the full content. Then simply enter your serial when you load the plugin to activate itDCrown wrote: Mon Feb 19, 2024 3:44 pm I have installed demo version and dig your plugin. This really is awesome. Have a few questions on it.
Lets say you make 4 patterns and then trigger them in your DAW with MIDI notes. And then you want to export audio stems. Will it render the stems across the entire track so the pattern switching is all captured in one take?
I ask because I really like the master bus options but would like the option to balance the mix further down the road. I guess I could just keep everything in Triaz the entire time and use the filters to EQ. Still figuring that out.
Worse case is I just use the multiout and capture the audio that way and then use plugins on the drum buss. But if I do use the multiout are the channel FXs captured? I need to just figure this out probably on my own when I get a chance. For example, if I sent the snare to the reverb would that reverbed sound play through the master out or the snare out?
How do you do fills, is it simply chaining patterns or is there any other way?
MIDI export is cool since it would give more flexibility. That may be the way to instead of triggering the patterns to play in Triaz. That way you could do simple stuff like drop the kick out and edit in some fills now and then when needed. I'm thinking that may be a good workflow. Build some patterns in triaz, then drag them into DAW and trigger the sounds from there. I am guessing you can do that.
Interested in hearing from anyone who has already navigated these things. Once I get that figured out, I don't really see any reason I can't use this full time for drums.

I have installed full version now, but I think the amount of presets is the same as demo version. There are not 700 presets?
First preset is called Astral Art, last one Youthful Device.
So I don't know if it's still demo version content or full content. I registered serial number.

You have to download the full version from your account - when unzipped one of the installers is the full content- just install that. Other than that make sure you don't have filters onDCrown wrote: Mon Feb 19, 2024 6:24 pm I have installed full version now, but I think the amount of presets is the same as demo version. make sure you havent clicked favourites or any filters? You can also check where you installed the new content (from settings)

I found your presets, too. I think, it's ok.
I know where folder is, strange thing is the date of most folders is still yesterday, when I installed demo. Maybe there's no huge difference between demo and full version

Funny, I was just watching Jeremy's Triaz walkthrough on YT and the entire time I was thinking that it was very much like a software version of my RYTM mk2, especially on the sequencer side. You guys are still the best in the drum sampling game. I'm sold!wave alchemy wrote: Fri Feb 16, 2024 10:04 am I'm also a long time Elektron hardware user so we had to reimagine parameter lock sequencing for Triaz since that's an incredibly powerful feature for creating movement and interest.

Ok, last post related to this topic, I promise.wave alchemy wrote:
We give you 5 unique activations. In addition, you can request as many additional activations as you need if you have a reason for it. And finally, you'd get a totally unlocked plugin if we cease to exist.
We have over 10,000 people using our copy protection system, and we've not yet had (to my knowledge) a complaint similar to yours. That's not to say that some people may not feel the same, but they are clearly in the minority and not avoiding our products because of it. I also don't see many people complaining about this same style of copy protection that is used in products by Ableton, BA, and the many others that use it![]()
There might be others using a limited activation scheme and it's criticised a lot usually with good arguments. It's possible that you don't have complains because people who find such a system unfriendly don't buy your plugins. Usually I would ignore it as well and just don't buy. But I have spend a lot on WA samples and like WA as a company. That's why I care. Copy protection without a way to deactivate an activation is not the standard. I don't know many who are using limited activations. To name just a few that handle this differently, even though they have online activation: Arturia, PA, NI, Waves, XLN Audio, Serato.
I think many people just don't think about consequences. I find the question indeed interesting what happens with my license when I sell my Macbook, when it's linked to the hardware.
Glad that you think the same. To add all the possibilities you need to layer, a bit like having a micro timeline for 3 sounds, could be a huge boost for sound design and a way to solve phase problems too. But there is already a lot for a V1. Sure, might be a thing for the future.wave alchemy wrote: In terms of sample offset, not yet.. It wasn't on our V1 feature list, but it's something I personally would like to have![]()
Anyhow, still wish you all the best with the release.

how well are the plugins optimized especially FL Studio?
and is there also a offline activation or online only? i try to not begin with new plugins with cloud/online crap anymore so much... cause NI and other companies showed how bad this can go.

You had likely clicked a tag within the browser which filtered some out and only showed those from a certain genre the first time around.
The Full content installer only adds the additional content needed. The demo includes 200 presets, and so those 200 presets will have stayed (and had yesterday's date), and the additional 500 will have today's date. It sounds like all is as expected and fine to me

It's been a long time since we spoke (Dan here) - I remember you provided a number of audio demos for some of our older products. i hope all is well.
I've always loved the parameter lock sequencing stuff on Elektron hardware, so I had to add our own take on that. It's fantastic for adding movement and interest to beats, as I am sure you are aware.
Thanks for the nice words!
