Sample rate conversion to 24 bit/48kHz for Blackbox?

I just learned of your tool from the 1010Music website, and am truly excited! Thank you for your huge contribution to the sampling world!
Does the application convert samples to Blackbox’s preferred 48kHz sample rate?
