Hello,

I just bought RedRock Sound EQ 173 but before contact support, I'm wondering if its normal behavior for this EQ model this result or it's a bug?

Thanks

so, no one can help me to know if it's normal?

what do you mean by "a bug"? If you're referring to the fact that high pass doesn't start at 50 but starts lower instead, then that's normal, and you should look up what "center frequency" means when it comes to EQ filters. long story short, in most EQ designs, center frequency with regards to high pass filters is where the sound is halfway affected.
I don't know what to write here that won't be censored, as I can only speak in profanity.

Thats not a bug. The software looks to be emulating a Neve Preamp and EQ. I would imagine the original behaves like this when a 50hz filter is engaged.

If you were expecting a perfect filter i think using vintage emulation software is not the way to go

If you want a steeper cut, you need to use a HP filter with a much higher roll off ie. 36/48db. Shelving eqs are by nature not as steep and usually create a boost around the selected frequency.
