Horse neigh Sample from Dj Kuba - Dancing (Wh0 remix) or several MWAK tracks

At 1:16 you're hearing a weird sample which I still don't know where to find or what it is even. To me it's like a neigh from a horse but I'm definitely wrong about it, haha.

I was wondering this more than 10 years ago too, when I heard it in some MWAK tracks
f.e. in this track at 0:39:

Hearing this now in this Wh0 remix makes me sure it's a sample.

Does anyone know from which sample pack this is or what it even is?

They released a short breakdown of the track... () It is in fact a horse sound. Unfortunately he doesn't tell where it's from (on purpose).
Does anyone know where I can find it?

It's definitely from a sample pack older than 15 years.
Unfortunately Wh0 is keeping it a 'secret'.
