Last voucher I received was in October. They then sent out an email announcing new voucher policy changes and said vouchers would be “paused” for November and December.

A few emails this year have said “USE YOUR LOYALTY VOUCHERS TO SAVE EVEN MORE!” but I haven’t seen a loyalty voucher since October.

Am I missing something?

they sent one out in january, then had a bunch of sales with one or two one-off vouchers.

things change. maybe they just aren’t getting the business they used to from the vouchers with the spending restrictions they impose…or maybe they’ll send them out tomorrow.

edit: thinking about it, I saw someone post a $50 voucher the other day at gearspace, so they may just have tightened up the criteria. my january one may have been my last - I haven’t bought any PA stuff in a while - and it looked like a personalised code.

You have to spend X amount over 12 months or they stop. I can't remember what the thresholds are but if you spend something you will get a 25 next month.

25 are still the most useful.

They have had low price sales so many times now so who need vouchers?

Post

Didn't Native Instruments gobble them up together with iZotope and brainworx? I guess NI's new owner didn't like PA's generous deals and coupons.

I have received loyalty vouchers for Jan, Feb, and March.

same for me.

but now only one voucher at a time works.
might be plugin dependend ? not sure ( i guess it´s not)

TBH, their plugins aren't that great anyway.

With a few exceptions. Oberhausen is nice.

I see. So they’re still sending them out. Maybe it’s just been too long since I bought anything.

Anyone have a current $25 March voucher they want to PM me? :ud:

Recently amek mastering compressor, the oven, vac attack, natalus and silver bullet have all been well received. The neold stuff is good, the unfiltered audio stuff is good, the lindel stuff is alright and a lot of the brainworx coded stuff is good. The marketing is obnoxious but there is a lot there to like if you ask me.

There is something unlikable about the company though. I never think of them as the best even though some of the best plugins are under the brand, it's weird.

Looking at my email history, I recieved a $75 voucher in october 2023 and none since. Every month I shell out $30US for Forever 29 but haven't redeemed the last 3, including Dec, Jan, Feb. Not sure what the story is with loyalty vouchers now...

Here's that email from October with the new terms:
From 23 Oct 2023:
Minimum spends
Starting November 1, 2023, Plugin Alliance will make the following changes to the minimum spend of Monthly Loyalty vouchers:
$25 vouchers will require a minimum spend of $40
$50 vouchers will require a minimum spend of $80
$75 vouchers will require a minimum spend of $125
Vouchers paused for November & December
New exciting offers and releases are on their way to sweeten the end of your year. To make these fantastic deals possible, vouchers will be paused in November and December.

These adjustments allow PA to continue offering new deals and benefits long term. Thank you for your loyalty.

There were a flurry of vouchers being given away on the last few days of Feb and 1st of Mar in a thread on the slutz. I won't publicly reveal my favorite fishing holes, but if you are patient the $25 vouchers seem easy enough to come by as the month turns.

You now need a minimum of three transfers for a $25 voucher to apply, dropping the transfer fee to $17. Still a great deal if you patiently wait for cheap/free transfers and stack them. I will do PA no other way.

I used to buy a lot from PA, a long time customer as they say.
But why do anything for a loyal customer when you already have their money?
And these minimum spent promotions are just a disgrace.
$25 vouchers will require a minimum spend of $40 and they sell the plugins for $39.99.
Even though I'm over $40 including tax, that doesn't count.
As I said, I have a lot of PA plugins, but there certainly won't be more!

I thought that was relaxed. You could buy something for 19.99 when minimum spend was supposed to be 20 last week with a ten off voucher they did.

If you tried this, like today, then that sucks. If not maybe try again.
