thx then would be cool to release them as a sample pack, e.g. synthwave collection, techno collection etc. where maybe 5 xps + bonus samples are included or so, i would pay for it if the price fits ;D.

Still no demo? Is there a refund policy or something?

Any word from the team on mpe being considered yet?

Is it a nice workflow as a drum machine? Seems capable but not sure if it's overkill for that.

it has really a well made drum machine part as well but as for myself i use it as a synth and prefer TAL Drum etc. as a seperate instance, easier and better sample handling. but of course in Avenger you can go inside crazy with modulating it and sequencing etc. if you want it in one vst!

No demo and no recent comment on mpe AFAIK.

But v2 is really great. I advise you to watch the tutorial series. You will see if you need this kind of power or not.

I'd like to know how it works on touch monitors and cpu usage etc though as well. Don't see anything about refund policy. Usually when there is no demo there is a money back agreement if unsatisfied.

Also, the layout is a bit odd. Why wouldn't they have lined it up something like this?

In fact, the layout is excellent. They took the decision to have only one front page, with oscillators up centre, routing on the right, filters shapers amps top right and so on and so forth.
The really great thing is when you click on a feature, a new contextual panel appears to show you what you need to see, it is actually very clever.
Globally, this synth is the brain child of one of the best sound designer around, so it's very very well thought, by somebody who has dozens of hardware synths and decades long experience in vst.
