hello, I'm not contradicting you, maybe you're right, but I use in cubase reverb, delay from an older version of mixcraft, I copied the dll files from the vst mixcraft folder and put them in the vst steinberg plugin, it works exactly like in the original daw

Nope. There's an entirely separate bundle of VST version of some of reaper's internal plugins, including ReaJS, but it hasnt been updated since 2016.

ReaJS is just the loader, it can load up ReaPack repositories that are always getting updated with effects.
This is aimed at the OP, nor is the information aimed at you.

Are you claiming that the version of ReaJS you're using is not the version from the 2016 ReaPlugs bundle downloadable at https://www.reaper.fm/reaplugs/ ?

Most likely the 2016 one, using using latest Reapack repositories , I think maybe somebody has built a VST3 build maybe?! As that would help Cubase users, without using a VST to VST3 loader.
